Cooking Classes to benefit Intervol

Chef Tony Gullace will be hosting Cooking Classes at Max of Eastman Place on

Monday April 23rd:  Molecular Gastronomy & Other Fun  Science Cooking

Monday May 21st: Local Spring Vegetables

 Each class includes an appetizer, entree, dessert and wine pairings. Tickets are $60 each and half of the proceeds go to Intervol.  Call 585.697.0491 for reservations and more details.
